Beyond the exceptional security of the premises, the particularity of our self-storage warehouses is that they are climate controlled (heated) using radiant flooring to protect your items from the cold and humidity.

All our warehouses are heated using radiant flooring, except certain small-sized warehouses (5 × 10 and 10 × 10 “container” style self-storage units), this allows for climate control and minimizes temperature differences. Also, the entire self-storage area is available for you to stack items since there are no baseboard heaters in the units.

Whether you need to store seasonal equipment, such as your BBQ, your tires, your skis and even your motorcycle, our small, unheated 5 × 10 self-storage warehouses are the ideal solution. They offer the same security level as our larger warehouses.

We also offer container-style self-storage solutions, which are unheated and adjustable for larger size items and feature removable walls.
Outdoor storage
We also offer outdoor storage with the same levels of security as our interior storage. Our land, which is 30,000 square feet, allows for the storage of boats, motorhomes and other large equipment.
Custom sizes
For the outdoor storage of large items, we offer the option of custom sizes that will meet your personal or business needs.
Accessibility of self-storage
You can access the site through two secure doors, which are equipped with a code. Each tenant has a PIN (personal identification number) code to access the premises, which has been determined by management.
It is possible to access the site, even with a large truck, since we have plenty of space for maneuvering and positioning vehicles.
